Introducing: MealSpotter

Introducing our first product: MealSpotter

The founding team of Alliado Solutions is extremely proud to announce the launch of its first product: MealSpotter. We have worked incredibly hard during the past few months to make this happen, and now the moment is finally there. On Monday, September 2, MealSpotter will be officially released in Cologne. During the preparation period, we had friends and family who stood by our side and supported us wherever it was possible, and for that we are always grateful. We would also like to thank all the testers who have provided us with great feedback, our trusted advisors, including our coach from the NRW Gründerstipendium, the people from St@rth Hürth and of course our colleagues. 

On Monday, MealSpotter launches in Cologne, with 28 restaurants, cafés, bars and food trucks represented on the platform, offering a wide variety of food and drinks. Whether you’re looking for Spanish, Argentinian, Vietnamese or German food, MealSpotter shows you where to get it.

MealSpotter users can now quickly see what food deals are on offer around them, so they can save time and enjoy the best food Cologne has to offer. 

Our partner restaurateurs, who before had problems communicating their deals to their existing customer base, as well as to new potential customers, now have a platform to easily reach all interested people around them. They used to put their deals on chalkboards in front of their business, but the reach of these is limited. They used social media, but their messages get lost in the newsfeed and they often lack the time or the budget for a proper paid campaign. With MealSpotter these problems are easily solved, since our app offers owners in the catering industry an easy option to communicate their daily deals and specials to thousands of people around them.

MealSpotter is launched as a Progressive Web App (PWA), and available only in Cologne at the moment, where it will be properly tested. Since it is a PWA, the app is not (yet) available in the App or Play Stores. To download it, visit mealspotter.de, enter your location to see deals around you, open the menu on the top left and click on “Install App”. 

In the upcoming months, MealSpotter will expand to several other cities in Germany. Next to this expansion, new features will be added to the MealSpotter App constantly. Alliado Solutions is taking off

On January 24, 2019 the big day was finally there. We have been working for months to prepare for this moment and now the time to found our company finally arrived. A meeting at the notary in Cologne and a celebratory evening concluded months of preparation to establish Alliado Solutions.

In March 2018 the idea of Alliado Solutions was born. These days, online advertising takes a more and more essential position in every company’s marketing strategy. However, we saw that it is either extremely difficult or simply impossible for many entrepreneurs to advertise their business online, mostly due to a lack of time and resources or sky high prices for online marketing companies.

Alliado Solutions was founded to solve these problems by offering easy-to-use and affordable online advertising tools to entrepreneurs. With these tools business owners can improve their online visibility and communicate all kind of relevant information about their business to potential new customers. By splitting up Alliado Solutions in different products, we are able to target the right customers, hence providing business owners with  advertising platforms that couldn’t be more effective.

The products of Alliado Solutions are best suited to the owners of small, local businesses. This of course does not exclude big companies and chains from making use of our products, but they might prove more useful to those companies who cannot rely on their own marketing teams. The tools are tailored to local business owners who run their business themselves, have way too little time to keep their own social media updated or spend hundreds of euros on online advertising campaigns.

In order to work on the development of our company, we moved into our office at Gründerzentrum St@rt Hürth immediately after the company was founded. We would like to take this opportunity to thank Julia Waldner and Mathias Neugebauer or their support and the warm welcome.

In the near future Alliado Solutions will release it’s very first product: MealSpotter. This product will focus on the catering industry and will provide business owners in the catering industry with a simple, affordable and effective online advertising tool. TableSpotter allows restaurateurs and other business owners within the industry to target interested people near them, by offering deals in order to incentivize new guests to visit their business. More information on TableSpotter will follow with its release in Cologne, planned in the Spring of 2019.
